Customer: Central Bank of Russia.

Completed by: Stolitsa Social Research Agency(ASIS)

Problem:
The Central Bank of Russia decided to increase the effectiveness of providing medical assistance to its employees. ASIS was tasked with determining the attitude of employees to recreation in the health facilities of the Bank of Russia and ways to optimize the provision of this type of services. The second task for obtaining full information about the activities of the health facilities was to determine the attitude of the employees of these facilities to working conditions.
Solution:
We decided to conduct a sociological survey of 3 target groups related to the activities of the health facilities of the Bank of Russia:
  1. A full survey of all employees of the Bank of Russia.
  2. A comprehensive survey of employees of health facilities of the Bank of Russia using an online questionnaire.
  3. An expert survey of employees of the Administrative Department of the Bank of Russia using an in-depth structured interview.

The research objectives were as follows:
  • Assessing the level of satisfaction of Bank of Russia employees with the scope and quality of services provided by the health facilities;
  • Assessing the availability of vouchers for health facilities;
  • Obtaining information for expanding the range of services;
  • Assessing the level of satisfaction of health workers with working conditions and opportunities for professional self-realization;
  • Obtaining data on the assessment of the security of their facilities by personnel, equipment and other key parameters;
  • Identifying the expert evaluation of the health facilities of the Bank of Russia.
Results:
The research we conducted made it possible to identify a number of problems in the operation of the health facilities of the Bank of Russia. Based on an analysis of this information, practical suggestions were formulated to optimize health-improving activities.

In general, by analyzing the evaluation of health-improving recreation in institutions, we can conclude that the situation in the field of health-improving recreation is good. The provision of health facilities with sports and medical equipment, sports facilities and personnel is overwhelmingly satisfying to visitors.
A number of Bank of Russia employees' wishes for a range of health-improving services were identified, mainly in the form of recommendations.

Based on a comprehensive survey of the health workers themselves, we concluded that there was a high level of satisfaction with their working conditions. Several problems were observed only in the area of document management and between structural interaction.
